11:38 PM 		It is with a very heavy heart, I inform all of the passing of
Lt Col. Mincey. Lt. Col Mincey passed Sunday 17 April 2005.
He was doing what he loved, Flying his Midget Mustang.

I Will Miss Him!!!!!

7:08 PM 		Sorry to hear about the passing of LtCol Mincey. I was his adjutant during the latter half of 1981 - mid 1983. Can you tell me how he died?
